The Ivy Hotel (Adults Only), San Juan

I had a mixed experience at The Ivy Hotel. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants and the beach just a short walk away. Unfortunately, I encountered some cleanliness issues in my room, especially with the linens and towels, which were worn and not properly cleaned. Additionally, I faced an unexpected overcharge on my card, and the follow-up service was disappointing. Overall, while the hotel has a great vibe, I think they need to improve their housekeeping and customer service.

My stay at The Ivy Hotel had its highs and lows. The location was perfect, giving easy access to the vibrant Condado area and the beach, which I loved.
